Managing an Inspiration Programme for a Corporate Marketing Dept

I'd love to speak to people about helping manage and kick off an inspiration programme for a marketing dept within a client of ours.

We've developed a menu of ideas, but due to being a small start-up business, we don't have the capacity to manage it, create and source everything we need and get it into the client... so we need help and someone with attention to detail and a creative flair

Project brief would be next week and would Kick Off on Monday 6th Dec, with bits an bobs needing doing ongoing to make sure it was all working and going smoothly.

Very briefly the Kick off would be:
1. to refit and re-design the interior of 5 bland boring meeting rooms (which means wall and floor printing and creative designs),
2. order in and mock up some supermarket shelves and get them stocked, have a vegetable plot dug up
3. organise some team trips and organise some speakers.
4. Create all the materials needed for each part... you'd be working with us here obviously

Naturally, it all has to be relevant for them, so we'll work with you at the early stages to make sure that all the things we have planned will be.
