Snibbe Interactive, an award winning, world-renowned social interactive media company, is seeking new business development agents in Europe for branding and advertising markets. Candidated are ideally based in London.

The ideal candidate is a charismatic, hardworking individual with a proven track record of successful business development in advertising, branding or entertainment. As European Advertising Sales Representative, you will qualify and bring to close inbound leads; you will cultivate new leads through online research, and calls to prospects and trade shows; ans you will attend trade shows, and develop relationships with end-users, advertisers, and branding agencies

* College or higher, plus at least 3 years experience in business development in advertising or branding
* Very strong analytical skills in business and social arenas
* Well-honed written, verbal and creative communication skills-you should be extremely comfortable building and maintaining relationships on the phone
* Strong understanding and experience of working with customers, partners and account executives, and ability to translate that experience into tactical insight
* A commitment to the shared positive social values of our company
* Able to travel throughout Europe for trade shows and select client meetings
* Familiarity with related businesses of exhibit design, interactive advertising, interactive entertainment, interactive branding, or advertising
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively to meet multiple deadlines
* Ideally based in London


* During a 90-day training period, follow up on current leads to learn how our business is developed and closed
* Develop new leads and move them through the sales pipeline according to company targets via online research, calls to prospects and trade shows
* Make weekly calls to prospects and, after training, close at least two deals per month
* Write proposal documents for qualified leads
* Document all your activities using our Salesforce CRM software for accurate lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and metrics
* Work Closely with V.P. of Business Development, CEO, and Creative Director to develop creative pitches to qualified leads
* Communicate frequently with clients through the project process, enhancing and building long-term relationships
* Position reports to the V.P. of Business Development

Compensation is commision only, with pre-approved travel expenses reimbursed. Full commission details will be provided during initial interview. Snibbe Interactive's headquarters is in San Francisco with staff and operations also in New York, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo, and Dubai.
