Classifying news items
This is a coding project and would suit anyone who keeps abreast of current UK political news. You should be a regular viewer of the evening news on BBC, ITV or Channel IV and should be a daily reader of one of the more balanced daily broadsheet newspapers (e.g. The Times, Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Financial Times or Independent) and a reader of one or more weeklies weekly with political comment (e.g. This Week, The Economist, The Spectator, The New Statesman, etc.).
There are 53 items to classify, Go to:
http://t.x-mr.com/402/1
to see what is involved. If we choose you to do the job, we will send you another URL for the live job. The one above is for practising only.
You are asked to quote for classifying these items. We believe that you should be able to code 4 or 5 items a minute so the whole job is relatively short. The response time between items is a few seconds – so be patient!
