We are a property company that aims to disrupt the market through flat-sharing. The only problem is that, not many people know about us or what flat-sharing is.

We are looking for a passionate writer, to post fortnightly blogs on FAQS and property related topics to educate the London population.

The writer will have direct communication with the Managing Director, and together they will flesh out the blog post with either a focus on the landlord OR the tenant.

Each blog will be posted on our website and social media platforms, after that, we will provide the writer with a budget to boost each post to ensure optimum reach within our target demographic.

Target Demographic:

For tenants:
- Young professionals or recently graduated individuals
- Millennials
- Aged between 21 and 30
- Salary between: 18 to 45K
- Education: Graduate

For landlords
- Second time landlord
- Buy-to-let investor
- Aged between 30 and 55
- Salary £30K+

Our objectives:
- To educate our clientele on flat-sharing
- Increasing brand awareness

What we are looking for:
- A track history of blog content writing for start-ups or established companies
- A track history of increasing user engagement through various different social media platforms
