Good day,
We are a vast team of research data analysts with a common goal of providing solution that helps improve marketing performance and maximize return on investment. We are based in South Africa and deliver services to clients across Africa.
We are currently running a project for a telecoms firm in West Africa and we are really short of staff to deliver before year-end on slide development, chart development and commentary editing.
The role includes;
1) Developing charts/tables (from available data) using exciting visualization tools beyond what PowerPoint can provide. Examples like ThinkCell are preferred.
2) providing and editing commentary per slide.
We actually lost 3 of our key staff few months to the end of the project for personal developmental reasons and unfortunately this came at a wrong time.
Situation and requests
1) All tables have been completed for Phase 1 and we need to convert them into brilliant charts developed with colourful layout ( e.g. 2x2 Bubble charts using chart apps like ThinkCell etc.) . About 40 slides (charts in all)
2) To provide basic commentary per chart based on the insight coming through from the analysis.
3) Timeline is 3 working days
4) Fees: To be proposed by consultant and made negotiable with a term of payment
Project Objectives
The main objective of the study was to understand how mobile technology is evolving and how best our client can leverage it to its best advantage. Specific objectives are:
Profile the nation’s mobile phone subscribers on technology adoption and readiness curve (early adopters, laggard, majority) and establish opportunities to engage and grow them along the various stages and phases.
Understand the drivers of technology diffusion amongst the various market segments.
Understand the disposition and general attitude to technology and develop actionable behavioural segment for product/services development.
Predict mobile phone subscribers’ ability to adopt new technology vis-a-vis their disposable income and core need (entertainment, family or business) using technographic segmentation framework.
Understand consumer data usage pattern and existing correlations with types of devices (dongle, Wi-Fi routers, Tablets, Smartphones, Blackberry, 3G devices and other Ultra-low cost Feature phones).
Gain insight into share of data market, usage drivers both for Mobile and Widescreen segments and understand consumers’ disposition to existing/potential packaging options (volume-based, speed-based, time-based or event-based).
Establish various degrees of marketing interventions that can be developed to maximise value across the various techno-segments.
