The Position: We are looking for Business Development Assistant. Lucrative Salaries+ Incentives, Travel benefits, Training's and a great career progression along with flexibility to combine it with other activities will be offered to the selected candidate.
This role is for someone who is able to work in short term projects as a freelance/part time. However, based on continuous elevated performance the role could be offered as Full time.
This role requires an effective communicator who has the ability to confidently drive tasks and projects forward. The person should be passionate about meeting new people, outgoing and comfortable in travelling. The person should be confident enough to represent the company and promote its interests in front of clients and counterparts.
Full training and support will be provided from our side.
Requirements:
• Minimum Graduate degree (Business Graduate preferred)
• EU residence permit
• Ability to travel periodically within the EU and to MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries
• Languages known: Native Arabic & Fluent English, third language is an advantage
• Candidates with a good understanding of Middle-eastern markets in terms of local language & Sociopolitical factors will be given preference.
• Candidates holding Valid driving license will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar, schedule, meetings, and communication for the Leadership team.
• Build, check, and expand client database and key contact information.
• Create, organize, disseminate, and proof communication, presentation and documentation.
• Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in products and services rendered by the business organization
• Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization
• Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings
• Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization’s business development team
• Travel frequently across MENA area with or without Senior Management.
• Act as a Language interpreter and as a cultural adviser for the MENA region, whenever required.
