Experience Level: Intermediate
As a Telesales Executive, you will be working from our central London location or from home, contacting targetted customers by telephone. The position is to persuade prospective customers to consider Berkeley Technology Services, or at least accept a meeting.
Your working day will be spent on the phone making outbound calls based on an agreed script. During each phone call, you are likely to:
â�’¢ Describe the service benefits and a very specific small business offer.
â�’¢ Give advice about how these will benefit customers.
Persuade customers to accept a trial period for support provision or a visit from our Sales Director.
Gather and document information about the customer.
Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls.
Take orders and arrange for a site survey.
The work is fast paced and intense, and you have only a short amount of time to build rapport with customers and explain the features of each of the offer and services.
Environment
You'll usually work in an open plan office, with a sectioned workstation containing a computer and telephone or from home where connectivity and VOIP telephony will be provided.
