At managemycomplaints.com (MMC) we are aiming to take the market by storm. Our unique web based service is designed for small and medium sized businesses (SME), providing an easy to use, affordable customer feedback and complaints management service on a subscription basis with a terrific ROI. A must for every organisation!
To assist us to achieve our ambitious growth targets, we are looking to strengthen the Telemarketing team with experienced individuals who are demonstrably very keen to succeed and are not afraid of a challenge. They will be responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities and setup sales appointments.
Duties include:
Research and investigation of potential prospects
Making contact with decision makers and arranging follow ups with a member of the sales team
Identification and understanding of prospect pain with current business processes
Qualification of opportunity for MMC solution
Proactively enter and track all leads and contacts through MS CRM
Strive to meet and exceed established goals, timelines and quota both personally and in support of the organization and MMC.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 2-3 years successful outbound B2B telemarketing experience
Be confident speaking to high level decision makers often at Manager or Director level
Have excellent listening and communication skills-be it via telephone, email or web interface
Consistently portray a professional image from MMC in all communications to potential customers
Be engaged both as an Independent Self Starter and Collaborative Team Player
Have drive and enthusiasm to learn
Be confident in dealing with technology
Be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Be able to use MS Office and sales tools specific to MMC.
Be highly focussed on continuing their success
And hate failure!
