BMD Global is a Sales & Management Business Development Company Specialising in bespoke 'In Company' activities in profit improvement.
We are Looking for an effective telephone marketeer who has got the presence, tenacity, kudos and the where withall to intiatiate outbound telephone calls, seeking to gain good quality one hour appointments for our Account Directors / MD to meet with Senior Directors (Sales, Commercial, MD's etc) of target companies (typically £5m - £20m with min. 80 staff).
Objective of these exploratory meetings is for us to understand the challenges these businesses face and potentially to sell a tailored package of solutions for them in Consulting / Training / Coaching to improve the bottom line profitability, which can be measured by the client company.
A short term trial is envisaged to prove the worth of the individual who wins this project - with long term in mind if successful.
To be successful the project winner has got to be good! This is not an average telemarketing position and we don't deal at the low end of this competitive market.
To date (3 years) have had to undertake most of this work in house ourselves. We need to contract this part of our activity out to a third party if we are to continue to grow in the way that we want. Typically we will be looking for six appointments per month to keep our pipeline flowing over time and as we grow this will inevitably rise.
