Believe it or not we are a recruitment firm looking for a freelance recruiter to help us recruit for our company. I would have done this myself but I have too many projects on the go.
We have been very busy of late and would like to hire three additional consultants. The roles are within our Logistics, Waste & Recycling and Mechanical/Electrical contracting divisions.
What I need is somebody that can interview candidates that have applied to us and pro actively approach new ones on job boards such as Monster, Jobsite and Total jobs (we have subscriptions to these) that have a B2B sales background and introduce our opportunity to them.
I have an in depth description of the role that will be sent to the successful person. This document clearly outlines what we are looking for in some detail.
You will be expected to call these candidates and do a telephone interview in the first instance. Each time you come across a worthy candidate I will then call them. If I like them I will call them in for a face to face interview.
We will supply logins for the job boards and also an email address from our servers. You will need a decent broadband connection as you will be dialing into our system via a cloud connection. You will also need a talk anytime package. We are willing to pay towards that if needed.
You will need to have a level of emotional intelligence and maturity to find the right to of people for us to interview. We are looking for people that are switched on, hungry, grounded, dynamic and will be easy to train. We do not employ recruiters with experience and have a policy to only employ trainees.
This is a very demanding role and needs somebody that is focused and has high energy levels. You will be making a lot of calls and making sure I have 2-4 people to interview every day as we are very selective in what we are looking for.
You could come from a recruitment or sales back ground. Your ability to assess good people and sell our opportunity is what I will be looking for in the successful person.
