Hi Jane

I was about to buy one of your hourlies to write a marketing email but on reflection I think it's probably better to approach this as a series of tasks to ensure consistency of approach/words etc across the campaign.

Anyway, let me know what you think - if you have any questions, I'm available on 01423 223453.

The brief is to help us overhaul our marketing material, initially for the 'Challenges' section of our website...

We follow a very simple approach of sending out a monthly marketing email to drive prospects to a sector-specific landing page, which then captures leads. Leads are followed up individually to go through an online demo to explain how our service works.

The proposed work is:
> Help draft the initial email campaign
> Review the landing page
> Review the Prezi

Target audience: events/fundraising teams within charity sector

Objective: to drive prospects to the websitelanding page to request further details about service (ie. generate lead).

New website receives warm welcome

Following launch in December, the new website is attracting up to 4,000 people a day looking for their next challenge.

The new responsive design - which means it adapts to mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop screens - has received very positive feedback.

Compared to this time last year...

> Website visits - up a staggering 257%
> Pageviews - up by 303%
> Leads generated for charities - up by over 60%

Find out how we can help you recruit fundraisers for your challenge events.

The current landing page is here...

We also have a new Prezi explaining our core service for charities (draft - currently with designer). This will be used to explain how our service works during a telephone call.
