Job Description:
• Sell products or services to the consumers or business markets.
• Achieve targets and KPIs.
• Capture customer data accurately and input it to a CRM/DB platform.
• General consultations/quotes or follow up opportunities.
• Support the sales process and pipeline activities of Virtual Model Office.
Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
• Deliver personal sales targets.
• Deliver KPIs.
• Close sales using a consultative approach which advises customers on the range of products available and sells in the best fit for them.
• Give impartial advice to ensure customers purchase the right product.
• Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times.
• Capture information, record it accurately and input it accordingly to the company quality standards.
• Handle both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls.
• Look after the customer relationship in pre sales for an effective handover to post sales.
• Develop knowledge of the product range.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to help to grow, develop its offering and achieve best practice.
• Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times, taking an open and honest approach to all responsibilities.
• Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign/promotion.
• Carry out any other duties required by the Company.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 6 months work experience.
• B2C and B2B sales experience.
• Confident telephone manner
• Good organizational skills, motivated, with a self starting attitude.
• Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach.
• IT literate.
