IT projects often lack adequate controls, effective communication and engineering discipline, particularly when dealing with third-party vendors. The consequences of system failure are always painful and costly; disruptive downtime, spiralling costs, disillusioned staff and tarnished reputations.
Over ten years or so we've developed a new and innovative service offering, designed to add significant value for our customers - we call it "Software Assurance". It puts the needs of the organisation that are procuring bespoke systems first. We act as their Trusted Third Party (T3P).
The analogy would be that if you were buying a used car from a local garage, you'd get the RAC to come along and check out the mechanics. You wouldn't ever think of asking the mechanic who worked at that garage to do the inspection would you?
We represent the purchaser and get involved early on, making sure that a proper engineering approach is applied right throughout development - from capturing business requirements to verifying, diligently, on behalf of our customers that the delivered software is fit for purpose; and not by running tests that are designed to pass, but by pro-actively seeking out faults. All this is done using a flexible, agile, risk-driven, engineering, common sense approach that we've developed over many years.
We're looking for an excellent telesales person with experience of B2B / Lead Generation - to set senior appointments for our sales team.
