Experience Level: Intermediate
The Appointment Setter is responsible for identifying, qualifying and generating new business leads and setting appointments with qualified prospects through inside sales activities such as pre-sales research, cold calls, prospecting, and telemarketing,.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement an effective lead generation campaign to meet or exceed established sales targets.
Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development.
Effectively overcome client objections.
Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop pre-sales collateral.
Make follow-up calls to qualified leads.
Maintain up to date schedules on sales & business development consultants to ensure availability for appointments.
Maintain open communication with sales & business development consultants.
Maintain written documentation of sales activities in order to facilitate appropriate reporting on a weekly basis to direct report and President.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by E2 Consulting and awareness of the market.
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years of related experience with a minimum of two (2) years within the Pre-Sales and Lead Generation.
Two (2) years experience as an IT B2B Sales Appointment Setter.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Successful track record of setting appointments with medium to large size accounts
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
REMUNERATION:
Commissioned opportunity based on volume of closed sales resulting from appointments.
