Last year we launched a new online service. We're now looking at further development of the website, marketing and investment and we need some insight from our customers to support this.
We're looking for someone to conduct phone interviews with our customers. We have developed a series of questions for three customer groups:
Customers who use us regularly: (required responses = 10)
Customers who have used us once and not again: (required responses = 20)
Business customers: (required responses = 10)
We have developed approximately ten questions for each of the above customer groups and we will require you to make enough calls to achieve the above response rates.
Our company ethos is friendly, approachable and personable. It is essential that the phone interviews are conducted in a way that reflects our ethos, remaining polite and friendly at all times. We also require the responses to be recorded accurately and shared with us on a daily basis until the work is complete.
This project is urgent, so we expect all of the responses to be received by us by 15th July 2017.
