The work we offer here, comes in 2 parts and may lead to more such work.

1 We are the publisher of a foods-calorie-counter-book and own its database.
The database needs checking and up dating. Then it needs to be maintained
... manufacturers sending new food products direct to you for measurement and inclusion.

2 More immediately we want to interrogate this database. We want to identify the foods that bear Sell By / Best Before dates. We want to consider how we can persuade people that they don't have use on pack information to throw away good food.

We're at the vox-pop educational end of the consumer market. And we want to work with providers who can contribute to concept development as well enjoy accurate research/writing.
