Hi there,
We are looking at entering the Russian online gambling market. We work as an affiliate marketing agency where we promote the most well known brands in each region that we enter.
We need to decide on which brands to promote if we are to go into Russia. The brands we promote should do above the line marketing, i.e. have (high) visibility with television campaigns, online banner marketing etc.
The task:
1) Identify and rank the five most active gambling companies targeting the Russian market. Gambling companies can be online sportsbooks, online casinos or both.
2) An analysis of each brand, detailing their marketing strategy.
- How frequent do they (estimated) do television campaigns over a week and across which TV channels
- Which websites do they promote on
- Are any of the brands promoted through ‘pop-under’ online (example: When you stream a tv show online, sometimes a window with an advertise appears below or above the window with the streaming).
3) Screenshots and/or links to examples above.
Note: We are aware that online gambling is restricted in Russia, but we expect gambling firms to have found a way to navigate whatever restrictions there may be.
We expect the analysis to run for a week or so, where you spend most of the days just collecting whenever you happen to see an above the line commerical/advertise.
It is a prerequisite that you live in Russia or that you watch Russian television/use Russian websites.
