I need 50-100 people to fill in a market research survey

Geographical areas: United Kingdom Only
Data to include: I have a Survey Monkey survey that needs completing by another 50-100 respondents.

They must either be:
a. Starting up a new business or considering starting up a new business or
b. A business owner, with a company that is less than 2 years old.

They must all be from the UK. There is also the chance for 3 of the respondents to win a business package prize when completed, so there's an extra incentive for people to fill this in.

Please let me know how you would go about doing this (where the survey respondents would come from) and how much you would charge for 50 and 100 respondents.
