I am looking for a PPC marketer for my startup

My name is Paul. I've never used an outsourcing service like this before. I am involved in a start up business in the US. This is basically a service doing medical documentation for people in a way that is low cost and bypasses our costly mainstream medical system.
I am basically wanting to do a market study for my idea. I have a landing page built. I need to hire someone to drive traffic towards the landing page for a couple of months. I am trying to assess the viability of my idea and the market demand for it. I would like to do a PPC campaign. If the concept proves to be marketable via social media, etc, I will pay a developer to build the system
Would you be able to help with this sort of advertising? If so, what approach would you take to the project?
