Develop a Creative Communications Campaign

Hi there,

I need someone to create an 'eye catching' PowerPoint Slide Deck & Plan for a Campaign for Employees impending return to work in January.

I need someone to come up with creative ways to engage a returning virtual workforce.

The move back is a hybrid model of working two days a week in the office. Some are anxious, others are excited.

I want to build an employee comms campaign to welcome everyone back in style, help people connect, and communicate the rules of working safely in the office. We also know it will raise a few mental health challenges and we want to get on the front foot and help in that area.

While you don’t have all the information and specifics about compliantly returning to the workplace, I am looking for a high level campaign that can be rolled out as people return. Think about comms before returning to work, and also after employees have come back.
