Appointment scheduler for US based interviewees for research project

Only freelancers able to work to US working hours (i.e. based in US or able to work between 2pm and 10pm EU time) should bid. Work to begin asap.

This job involves contacting the social media managers at US hospitals and health centers with a view to scheduling an interview with them for a national healthcare research project. This is NOT marketing or sales related, it is purely policy research for a health department.

I will supply the contacts where possible, and where not possible you will need to supply the contacts. You need to schedule 5 interviews which have to be carried out (I do this) for them to count as complete.

Specifically the role involves the following:
1. I will supply the call list
2. You contact the centers and confirm who is the person responsible and obtain the correct phone number and email address.
3. I will email them the project´s details.
4. You then follow up and schedule a time for interview. I will be carrying out the interviews.
5. Five interviews need to be carried out in total.

The interviews need to be scheduled asap so I need someone who can make phone calls throughout the US working day east and west coast.
