American/Canadian Freelancers needed for customer research project

My client is an international company who conducts 6 monthly surveys based on the Net Promoter System with customers around the globe.

I am looking for freelancers who can make calls to my client's customers throughout America and possibly Canada.

You will be required to call through a list of existing customers to ask two or three simple questions and recording the word-for-word feedback that the customer gives (verbatim). This will require excellent listening and language skills and the ability to touch/speed type as well as using the clients CRM (very basic and easy to grasp).

The project will take place during the first two weeks of March. If you think you can help with this interesting project, please submit your bid with an outline of your costs. Please note that freelancers are responsible for their own telephone bill.
