Requirement:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated professional with upbeat, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. You will be UK based, working remotely, following up on ongoing postal and email marketing campaign (HR Compliance products) to generate 2-3 qualified appointments per week from 30-40 well qualified leads.

We have over 10 years experience of successful HR Services delivery and have an excellent reputation within our chosen sector(s). Our offering is probably the most comprehensive available within the UK today (HR compliance packages with indemnity insurance if required, payroll, HR info systems, psychometric tests, recruitment, outsourced HR directors/ team and more).
Unlike other providers in this sector our clients never speak to a call centre only qualified HR people, we listen to the issue(s), understand what the desired outcome(s) would be and then work on the client’s behalf to provide a suitable solution. In other words we do all of the work and the client doesn’t have to worry about filling in templates, understanding the complexities of employment law – we do it all!
Another benefit is our willingness to be paid either on a pay as you go basis (each piece of work is quoted for) – ideal for those client who are unsure of their needs, or an annual fee (payable monthly at no extra charge) for an agreed level of service and support.
You:
Must have relevant HR consultancy and or professional services sector experience and be able to provide references, and show working knowledge of the competitors within the sector. Additionally you will possess the ability to get past extremely protective gatekeepers to reach the decision maker. Furthermore you will have reasonable CRM skills to be able to log activity and calls as well data verification/cleansing.
