This could be an on-going assignment.
A client currently receives about 50 leads per week from a website. These need to be qualified. The majority of leads will require more than one phone call to reach. The average seems to be about 4 spread over a period of up to a month. Obvious home numbers are treated as Dead.
The qualification is by way of answering a number of survey questions.
Results and future calls will be entered in a hosted CRM system called Really Simple Systems. Training will be given.
