We have an immediate requirement for one or more telemarketers to work in their own office. Alternatively they can work in our premises South East of Swindon (close to M4 Junction 15). An initial training can be held at Nett Sales. Once set up we are happy for work to be completed off site/at home.
This will be a fantastic role for the right person. This is a larger, ongoing requirement for telesales support to a business to business advertising and digital directory sales campaign.
The calls that will be made will be following up emails sent and require a conversational style, rather than following a sales script. The ability to quickly establish rapport on the phone and talk knowledgeably about a subject based on a brief is vital.
• Successful calls will be where a conversation has taken place and the contact has been signed up for an advertising / directory / lead generation package or qualified into one of a number of defined categories.
• A genuine interest in advertising sales, lead generation and customer relationship is important.
• You must be able to think for yourself and contribute to the debate on getting more sales and winning opportunities.
• Must be able to communicate verbally, in writing and be efficient in typing.
•Interpersonal skills important – the ability to chat to business people.
• Confidence to express opinions.
• Can work unsupervised.
• ‘Can do’ attitude.
• A good knowledge around advertising sales in the bridal market is helpful be not essential.
• This is a telesales role; therefore experience in selling over the phone is helpful but not essential.
We are looking for one to three days per week and 7 hours for each day at £56 per day (£280 for a full 5 day week) week between Monday to Friday. There is the opportunity to receive an additional 10% commission on each sale you make and a share of a £200 bonus when monthly targets are hit.
Will require home PC with Windows 7 or 8, MS Office 10, home / office broadband, able to work nearby where the broadband router is located so Voip telephone (provided) can be plugged in. This needs a network cable connection, so working within cable reach is an advantage but not essential. In order to help you be as effective as possible we record all calls and give you regular feedback.
Duties will include:
Making conversational, telephone follow up and sales calls to follow up article and discount emails, to an engaged prospect and opportunity list
Making recommendations for advertising and lead generation packages, closing sales and overcoming objections
Completing booking forms, getting them signed and seeking payment details
Recording activity on telephone sales system
Various web research
Process email replies
Handle new customer enquiries and questions
Handling feedback, product updates, offers and additional training from the above parties
Weekly and monthly sales reporting into Excel spreadsheets
All calls will be made within normal UK business hours but within reason you can select the hours you work.
