IT telesales

I own a number of companies based in the IT industry, a Apple mac specialist support company and a remote data backup service based in the London w2 area, I am looking for an experienced IT telesales person to work initially one day a week on a fixed fee/ plustarget commission basis, payment will be weekly.
There is the possibility to build the working days up quickly should you be able to produce results, I am looking for someone who is very phone confident and able to cold call and produce results, I am willing to pay a very generous commission on a weekly basis to the right person.
Please only experienced telesales people who can produce consistent results-no timewasters or dreamers-UK based is a must.
