Affiliate marketing set-up

I am looking into recruiting affiliates for our website so would need affiliate marketing expert to set-up affiliate account/campaign for me. Work with me to set-up all requirements to run it effectively

Objectives:

(1) Campaign to Increase website sales and brand promotion
(2) Choosing the suitable affiliate software/programme ( I have reviewed quite a lot)
(3) Setting up account and work with me to get all requirements done
(4) Working with me to get our affiliate programme listed with affiliate network ( likes of Affiliate windows/ Advertising.com)
