Experience Level: Intermediate
This is the ideal role for a motivated and enthusiastic person with a background in outbound telesales looking to further their career within an award winning design agency.
You will be selling our services which include branding, graphic design, printing, copy writing web design, internet marketing (including email marketing SEO and PPC).
You will be required to follow up leads, make appointments (for others) and close opportunities. While the role is telesales, on occasions you will deal with customers face to face in the office.
You will be using our existing database and following up our campaigns to prospect and generate new business by systematically following up each call to a successful close. We carry out regular marketing campaigns so you will always have prospects to follow up.
You will maintain our Customer Relationship Management system which will help you prospect and develop leads.
You will work closely with our account manager who will ensure that what you sell is delivered to our clients. You will report to the sales director and carry a sales target.
Hours are 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday to start immediately. You will be mainly working from our Buxton office although there may be times when you work from the Glossop office so own transport is essential
