Social media and marketing campaign for rebrand and website relaunch & lead generatio

my name is matt knight and I am currently undergoing a complete rebrand of my personal training business from
www.elitephysiques.co.uk to www.mattknightofficial.com (not ready yet but you can see the nearly completed website at http://eliteonline.designsheepdev.co.uk/ )

I have over a decade of experience and get very good results with my clients but my weaknesses are marketing and self promotion. this is what I need help from you with.

Here are my social media feeds if you will need to see them, I got to a point where I was posting every single day, sometimes twice but only getting minimal likes, even when sharing posts from other well known sites which I have been featured on.

what I need specifically is a social media strategy and marketing campaign to:
let my target market know about my rebrand and website launch, creating excitement up to the launch day
a schedule of what, when and how to do it on social media
then strategies for lead generation going forward

I really want to create some excitement around my brand and myself to build my brand and reputation

what I don't want is someone to just take over my social media accounts for me for a monthly fee. I want you to give me the specific plan that I can execute
although I have quite a clear picture in my head of what I want I am also open to suggestions after all you guys are the professionals and the whole point of this is that you know better than me and I need your help.
