Sales of employment training product

I have recently completed a 2 year project to professionally research and develop an e-learning (DVD based) employment training aid for mid-life and mature jobseekers. I am clear that my skills sets are in recognising opportunities, R&D, psychology and education not sales or campaign development and as such I need someone to help me with these aspects. The employment training aid has already been positively previewed by a number of leading organisations to establish its credibility as a genuinely useful training approach for individuals within this demographic which provides a powerful USP.

Firstly I am looking for someone to assist me with planning the sales campaign and identifying a wider range of potential volume customers or distribution outlets (I have already begun discussions with one target customer group) and secondly I would like to run a limited tester campaign aimed at making appointments with the newly identified potential customers. I would think around 20 hours work would cover the above however before going ahead with this work via PPH I would need to meet you in person for a maximum of two hours to explain the project in detail and the marketing aids that have already been established plus get your honest feedback about whether you are interested in getting involved with this project. (I can travel to you or meet at a mutually agreeable location)
