Optimise Google Analytics for an online platform

We run an online platform in a number of countries and a five languages. Our traffic comes from a large variety of sources including flyer campaigns, Facebook events/likes/links, word-of-mouth, organic search results and AdWords. For us a conversion is a sign-up to the platform, not a sale.

Our marketing operation is becoming increasingly diverse and sophisticated and we now feel our measurement in Google Analytics may not be as sophisticated as it could be. Are we missing valuable insights? Can our Goal Funnels be optimised? etc. etc.

I would like two or three Skype sessions to discuss this, make changes (I'll share my screen and we can implement on the spot) and evaluate.
