Online community development

Hi, we are ready to launch our community site (promoting Latin American & Caribbean culture, through rich information, online and offline events and an online community). We would like to find someone to help us develop the community side of the project from scratch as we will start with really few members and wish to grow reasonably quickly.

We are looking for innovative ideas, tips and tricks and efficient short/medium/long term plans from an expert in social media, online community development.
