We are a sales and management training/consultancy business and despite best efforts to find a marketing partner over recent months, we are really looking for someone who can help us grow as a company over the longer term. To date our marketing activities have been piecemeal and lack coordination, which is not good!
Established in 2005, we are still (!) really a lifestyle business, yet we deal with some great clients who are raving fans and have some excellent past contacts as well as access to our our own bought in data. We know that we can (and want to) do more!
I'm looking for help with systemising what we do on the Marketing front - Whether that be data base management (ACT) Marketing on Linkedin and other social media platforms or good old traditional marketing (flyers/emails etc) to our audience. Equally we need to revisit our sub branding and programme materials - it should all lead to more business ultimately!
We aim to engage with typically (although there are always exceptions) Sales Directors | Managing Directors of companies with an annual turnover more than £750k and up to £20m (approximately) and sell the appropriate range of services, from the Board room to the shop floor.
