Health and wellness product positioning

I am in the process of buying an existing Mom and Pop eCommerce site that sells a single health and wellness product. Looking for consulting assistance to help with positioning the product to bring it to the mainstream marketplace. Will also want feedback from consultant on product name, logo design, tagline, website design, marketing collateral as well as sales and marketing strategy.

This project is for consulting only, not for graphic design related to aforementioned topics. Must have experience consulting with small businesses. Ideal guru will have worked with a health and wellness product or service. Less desirable is experience with personal care consumer products.

I will be developing the ecommerce business part time as I keep my job in corporate America for now. I have a strong business background myself, so this isn\'t white sheet redesign. Looking for someone to provide guidance and bounce ideas off.

Budget depends of course on how long we work together. Could be a long term, part-time engagement. Since this is not a project with deliverables at this point, I am looking to pay hourly to start. Please include your rate.
