Google Shopping Campaign Optimisation

I need a great google products campaign optimizer. I need my campaign optimized today to run really well please.

I have woocommerce with a google feed plugin which is already generating the feeds.
I also have Merchant Centre + Adwords Campaigns setup and already getting the feed data from woocommerce to merchant to adwords.

I just need to make sure it's setup to run well for the products I'm advertising.

May need product groups setup and negative keywords, correct targeting.
