Blog/forum posting/PR for Independent Magazine

My independent creative magazine, Kerouac\'s Dog, needs someone to post blogs/press releases/notes on creative forums etc to drive traffic to the website, and hopefully increase sales.
Kerouac\'s Dog is an independent creative magazine inspired by Jack Kerouac and the 1950s Beat generation. It exhibits new writing, new design, and new photography. I need someone who can target the creative audiences who will be interested in submitting work, buying copies and generally getting the name out there on forums, blogs, and contacting people directly through email.
What I am not looking for:
Copywriting - we already have all the content written. We just need it posting here there and everywhere to drive traffic to the site.
We\'re not looking for anything too mainstream, we\'re underground, so we want the PR to reflect the nature of the magazine, its content, and style.
