Call on Colleges and Organizations- event opportunities

We seek several part-time team members to explore event opportunities with colleges and student organizations. The researchers will identify homecoming performances and other talents sought by universities across the nation. Email outreach and follow-up calls will be made to coordinate with booking representatives, as well as fraternities, sororities, and other campus groups.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential to professionally and persuasively pitch event partnerships. The researchers must articulate opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and help schedule talents as needed. while Spanish or another common USA language would prove beneficial, English fluency is mandatory. Organization, time management, and meticulous record keeping will be important for tracking multiple leads.

Prospects will require personalized outreach highlighting our event production services. Researchers must take detailed notes on all correspondence to update the team and ensure seamless handoffs.
