URGENT: New logo and branding style review required

We need a logo for each of our companies. That's

Mdbc
Mdscs
Mdcc
PM t/a MDPM

Four logos.
Whats important and consistent for all of them is the icon and colour scheme.

So, the icon in its own right becomes very important. Icon being M&D. Then, for the icon to become the logo, for each company, it would simply have a bit of each company name and I'll also want a complete logo for each company as well. Everything - the icon, the small logo and the complete logo - in all the various formats.

The small logo, for example, would be:

M&D
Building.

The complete logo would be:

M&D
Building & Construction (NE)

I am quite happy with our current logo but it can't work with the icon (being just M&D) - then the small logo - and finally the full logo - concept described above. The current colours we are happy with though.

I would like a marketing (branding) expert to work with us on this please and MUST be from the UK. UK but working from abroad is fine.
