Email Signature to be written in HTML

I have created a new email signature for use in Outlook 365, however I was unable to make the signature align left in the email. (Grid was created in Word). Our logo and social media icons are also pixelated.

I followed suggested guidelines and resized them, however they are still blurry.

From my research I believe I need someone who can code to recreate the email signature please.

In the attached you will find 1. the signature and 2. the decrease in quality when added to emails (word grid version), 3. How the signature is indenting in Word.
