We are launching a new real estate company called Value Add REID (long version Value Add Real Estate Investment & Development). Value Add REID is all about innovation, credibility & future of real estate. We are bold and that should be felt however in a subtle way, (no red colours). We like minimalism, examples in the attached brief. I would like you to design the logo, email signature, pick the right colours according to our brand identity / usp / target audience and design & develop the website.
Budget I stated should include brand identity, logo design and website design + delivery.
I would like to have at least 2 zoom session 45 - 60 min to discuss your process in detail and manage each others expectations. Only UK based pro's please.
