H Alison, how are you? I hope you are well. I was dismissed from my employment on the 21st July as a nurse with RDASH NHS Foundation Trust. I feel the organisation (amongst other things) acted in an arbitrary and capricious nature by adding extra allegations (subject to my grievance), some false allegations and also that they failed to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace. The ACAS early conciliation certificate was issued on the 24th August. That ran out on 24th September. I am still with in the time limit of three months minus one day. I have yet to have a date for an appeal hearing. The organisation said that I can put forward a proposal to them (via ACAS) if I initiate (and rationalise this) in order to waiver future potential claims. They are not prepared to initiate this themselves until their internal procedures have been exhausted, by which time it may be too late for me to attempt to claim financial loss. The union aren't prepared to support me on this, though will support me in an appeal hearing. However, ACAS are prepared to deal directly with me, put are not working presently in a pro active way on the matter. I can provide all the details you require and will pay what you request. I just require a professional looking statement of loss to present to the employer via ACAS. I will accept full responsibility for this, it's just the setting out and quantifying of the sums that I need help with. If you can help me in this matter, I would be most grateful. I look forward to hearing from you soon, kind regards, Daniel. My number (if you wish to contact me via mobile) is 07722304347, thank you. I am happy to provide you with any further details you require, i.e. length of service etc.
