I need an access database created

Hi Sofia, we manage noise from many events and festivals throughout the year and have up until now been using a spreadsheet to try to allocate staff (sample attached), but we want to look at something more detailed which will allow us to also track things like whether a noise management plan has been written, whether the right number of staff are allocated, whether accommodation has been booked, etc. The system needs to produce a report for each event (I attach a template report) so all relevant data needs to be stored. I used to do some Access development (over 20 years ago!) and my SQL is far too rusty to be able to achieve what I want to do, in particular the ability to filter staff during allocation so that only those with the requisite skills and who are not already working on that date are displayed in a drop-down. I can send you a copy of the database I have produced so far as an example, but I would not be offended if you ignored it and started from scratch! I have attached a text list of the data entry and reporting requirements, which would probably need some discussion. What I am after at the moment is an idea of what you would charge to set up this system. Many thanks, Jonty
