Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Where do I make a complaint about a situation I have had about an hourlie purchased. This situation, along with the challenge of reaching a customer support agent to contact is ensuring that I no longer use peopleperhour for any future projects.

"Hey Karen, I am refunding you the following amount.

ReasonDelivery Time limit is 5 days max, and my deliver time for each Hourlie is max 30 days to complete. But it is affecting my PPH Ranking without creating an invoice."

"Hi again Karen ;D

Do let me know if you wanna continue the job! ;)
I'll start sending you the visitors to your Facebook page once again for the likes ;D

But this time for free, I've already refunded you the Hourlie amount, as PPH left me a bad feedback which i always try to avoid ;)

It would be bad if i ran away with your amount you paid and then you would leave a negative feedback, but this is not the case here. I did not run away with your money, instead i refunded you.

You you need to be fair and not leave any bad feedback ;D Please bear with me...Each client is important to me.
If you leave a negative bad feedback it may be insulting to me and you would see the same feedback on your profile for the Hourlie you've purchased from me.

Do let me know your thoughts ;) And i'll help you right away.
Do not leave any feedback as i've already refunded you.

I'm hear to listen to you, do shoot me a message once you have free time, i'm friendly and never wild <3

Kind Regards,
Alaricr"

My message to seller: "I am awaiting your reply from my message on Wednesday. I am trying to understand how this situation happens. While I didn't request a refund, I did expect to have the 3000 likes which, as I mentioned, were removed from my page.

You don't want me to leave poor feedback, yet you preempted my response by giving a refund and I ultimately did not get what I sought.

My hire of you for this hourlie is my first experience with PPH. Please help me to determine that my effort was not useless. I did not expect to have something for nothing, but at this point I would like you to honor your work without removal or difficulty from a third party that I did not hire. My expectation and understanding was that I was hiring you, not from your "guy" who removed my likes.

Please let me know how or if you will proceed.

Thank you."

*Did not provide service completely (lost all my likes)
*refunded without permission
*repeatedly stated they were worried about negative review (instead of offering quality service)
*Did not honor word to remedy situation
