I am looking for a Sales Person who can get my Business - SOLD.
OUR ASKING PRICE - Minimum 14500$. If you manage to sell it at 16000$ or 16500$, the difference is your Commission which can be a good 2000$. However, if you feel you can sell the business at a higher price, its upto you to take the call. Beyond 14500$, its yours to keep.
And the best part, this business can be sold to & run by anyone across the world as its not a Physical Asset Business but rather a Sale of Creative Assets such as Copyrights of the Course, Website, Facebook Page, Video Ads, Print Ads etc. which can be easily Transferred to anyone.
THE BUSINESS MODEL-
Trade Scape is basically a Stock Market Literacy Platform wherein we conduct Workshops & Webinars on ‘How to Trade in the Stock Market’ for beginners across the world with a Simple Mission to make Trading & Investing in the Stock Market approachable to one & all.
The Acquirer can charge Good Fees & can expect a HUGE PROFIT MARGIN because Workshop Conducting is an almost NO COST BUSINESS apart from the Advertising Aspect.
The most Important Asset of this business is the Creative Asset i.e. the Course Structure that is used to conduct the Workshops & Webinars which has been Copyrighted.
Basically, the Presentation has been created in a format that the complete Workshop can be conducted within 10 Hours. We generally conduct the Workshop for 5 Days with 2 Hours Class Each Day.
So, 2-3 Batches can be conducted over a single 5 Day Event in different Timeframes such as Morning – Afternoon – Evening Batches with 20-30 or more participants Per Batch.
Here is how our Business Model Works -
A. We leave out Social Media Ads about an Upcoming Workshop & drive Traffic to our Website.
B. People visit the Website & get to know the details about the Workshop such as Fees, Venue, Schedule & Workshop Contents.
C. Interested participants go to the Booking section & put in their details & select their suitable Batch Time & make Bookings by paying the Booking Amount.
D. They are automatically mailed their Booking Confirmation Slip which is their Ticket ID to attend the Workshop.
E. If it’s a Live Workshop, we book a Place to conduct the Workshop.
If it’s a Webinar, we conduct it via Webinar Platforms such a Go To Meeting or Join Me.
F. That’s it. People attend. The Workshop is conducted for 2 Hours Each Day with 2 – 3 Batches per day.
It’s a Great Business Model as the Over Head Costs are so low & no limits to the Revenue as more the Participants, more the Revenue.
Because even if the buyer conducts this business as a Side Business & only conducts 1 or 2 Workshops per month with 3 Batches Per Day & gets even 15-16 Students Per Batch paying just 100$ for the Workshop,
