Description
An approved Drainage Strategy that demonstrates how the above elements and the requirements of Salford CC planning policies EN19 and FRD11 will be achieved within the developments constraints will be required for this deveopment prior to commencement of the works. The drainage survey should consist of a written Drainage Design Statement document that explains how the drainage system(s) are proposed to work supplemented by appended calculations and drawings. Where possible/appropriate the Drainage Strategy should be supplemented with industry standard drainage design software network model files as this will greatly accelerate the approval process.

Do you have a copy of the Soil Investigation for the report, and/or has a trial hole been undertaken to establish potential for water dispersement (soak away).

HI Carolyn, Further to your post, could you provide details regarding the type of development, the status of the planning application (planning condition, planning ref. no. , etc if applicable) as this will enable us to assess the scope of the work and cost appropriately for the drainage and tree survey aspects. Carolyn R.06 Dec 2018Hi - The project is one house only built on a site of approximately 200 sq metres. I have already gone through pre-planning and the Drainage requirement is something they asked for as there is mainly concern about surface water flooding.

Please advise if this is a initial planning application, or conditional discharge application on development already approved subject to conditions.
We will also require confirmation that AutoCAD format DWG files will be supplied for drawings of the building, site plan and OS extract, along with copy of the Statutory Searches (legal) showing adoptable drainage in the proximity and onto which your development would connect. -
Please supply site plan, building floor plans including roof layout and elevations.
If you could also confirm if this is one property … or are we bidding on a housing estate or larger project that would entail more work. -
Carolyn, Please if yo are making reference to policies and documents, please either attach them or provide the URL links - it is all pretty meaningless if you mention them in the detail which supposedly we need to comply with but dont attach or link to relevant documents. More details needed !!!!!
