Experience Level: Intermediate
I need some help drawing up some either employee or supplier agreements for 3 different part time bookkeepers/positions. They are all self employed but im not sure if legally they would be classed as employees or not. We are a UK bookkeeping company so am looking for someone with experience of UK law employment law and prefereably a history with freelancers and the accounting industry. 2 of the bookkeepers also recieved a performance based bonus.
