I have a Python script already written and I need some changes made to it. The script makes quotes wallpapers
e.g.

Issues:
1. Word wrapping not working.
2. Carriage returns are ignored.
3. Footer text does not wrap.
4. Margins
Can you help me with this project? I will need on-going work on this too.
