Hi Maria,
I have a bit of an unusual proposal for you...

I'm creating an online course for freelancers who want to scale their business into an agency that they can run remotely. A big part of that course is about systemising their business from the ground up, so they can enjoy more freedom.

I can teach this topic all day long, but I want to actually provide some SOP templates that they can use to get started, and I hate documenting things myself! I'm more of a big picture kind of girl - haha! :)

I read your profile and it seems like this is your bag!

I only have a small-ish budget as most of what I have set aside needs to go into marketing. So, I wondered if you would be open to an idea?

If you create the SOP examples, we'll credit you in the course and provide a link to your website/email etc and encourage people to use your services to get their own SOPs created.

For context, we expect this course to be BIG.

And I know that everyone thinks their launch will be huge, but let me provide some context...

I run Koko - a digital marketing agency that specialises in launches for coaches and consultants. I have been doing this for 4 years, so I know this space extremely well.

I've put off building my own course as I know how tough it can be if you don't have something really unique.

Well, earlier this year we partnered with WiFi Tribe - a business who hosts travel experiences around the world for remote professionals. They are one of the biggest organisations in this space.

We decided to build a digital product together - targeting freelancers who want to travel, but don't have enough stability in their business to provide that kind of freedom.

We already have an email list of 10k freelancers who are the perfect fit, and we'll be launching to that list in January for a ridiculously low price of $297 (will be $997 thereafter).

We're expecting a 6% conversion rate, so that will be 600 members going through the course at launch.

For you, that means 600 potential customers, who we will be encouraging to use your services to document their own agencies.

Whilst that might not be manageable for you to take on as 1:1 work, what I was thinking is that we could collaborate to build out say, 10 examples which will be bundled into the course. And then you could create another 20 or so templates that you sell as a package on your website. If you were to sell a bundle like that for $39, and 20% of our users bought it, that would be worth $7k to you.

And that's only the launch. You would continue to sell your templates for as long as we're driving traffic into the course, which will be several years at least Essentially, this is an offer to partner with us to create an ongoing revenue stream for yourself!

A bit of an unusual offer I know, but your experience seems perfect! And who knows, perhaps you already have templates that could work for this without too much extra work. At the end of the day, as a freelancer you are the target audience!
