YouTube e-learning presentation clip needed

I require someone to assist me in producing a YouTube clip for a new service for trainers and teachers. I am not videoing myself, just screens (Powerpoint and actual website's process) but I want to add commentary to show what the service does. You should have produced similar clips yourself and you should show me evidence and samples of your work. I will most likely use Jing to achieve this, so experience with this would be welcome. I'd like to have some upfront support followed by a day in my office to produce the clip(s). I will pay reasonable expenses for travel for that day.
