SEO Keywords, tags.

Hi, I would like someone who can take a look at our website and offer new keywords,insights and setup any SEO and advice to us for future in house continuationof SEO. We have had a shopify store for a number of years that has turned into a mess and we are nearing completion hopefully within the next 3 days of our new shopify store with a different theme. I would like you to go over everything and setup the SEO that would be required straight away including keywords, tags or any other advice you may offer if we are not capable ourselves or have enough time. We are a small business who has lost business and need to get it back before its too late. The budget will depend on the work. I have a semrush report on our current site and know its issues hence we are making adjustments.
